Shipping policy

FREE Standard Shipping on orders over €49 or 6.5€ under.

Each candle is handmade with care, and we want to ensure a smooth delivery experience. Below are the details of our shipping process.

Processing Time

Because all of our candles are made to order:

  • Production Time: Please allow up to 3 business days for us to hand-pour, cure, and package your candles before shipment.

  • During peak seasons (holidays, promotions), processing times may increase slightly.

After payment, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email when we dispatch your order which will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number from An Post at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folders as well or get in touch if you don't find your tracking number and we will happily help. 

Please check your address and make sure it is correct and get in touch if you need to correct it before we send it out, otherwise we won't be able to modify your details.

Packaging is eco-friendly and recyclable where possible.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

  • We’ll offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
